Our Story.
Built with craftsmanship, care, and a shared belief that homes—and the people who live in them—deserve extraordinary attention.
C. Cooper Construction began in 2017 as a shared dream between Daniel and Emma Ingalls: to build a company rooted in craftsmanship, honesty, and a deep respect for the homes entrusted to them. What started as a small, side-by-side effort quickly grew into a full-time calling—one shaped by skill, heart, and the desire to leave every home better than they found it.
Daniel Ingalls
With more than two decades in the trades, Daniel’s work is grounded in a rare combination of experience, artistry, and building science. He has spent his career mastering the nuances of fine home restoration—repairing what time has worn, honoring original craftsmanship, and creating new work that feels timeless.
To Daniel, restoring or building a home is both a responsibility and a privilege. He believes deeply that the techniques of traditional carpentry, paired with evidence-based modern building principles, are what allow a home to endure for generations.
Emma Ingalls
Before joining the construction world, Emma built her career in healthcare leadership—a background that shaped her commitment to empathy, communication, and thoughtful process. She brings a calming presence to every project, ensuring clients always feel informed, supported, and cared for.
Emma’s organizational strength and warm, relationship-first approach help guide clients through what can often be an overwhelming process. Her goal is simple: to create an experience that feels clear, manageable, and—yes—even enjoyable.
Together, Daniel and Emma have created a company where craftsmanship and care go hand in hand, where old homes find new life, and where clients feel like true partners from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
